My name is Sarah Singh I'm a  born Canberran. I started running Citi Stayz, a short-term rentals property business in Canberra from December 2018. I initially started this business with a property that I owned in Belconnen due to a tenant damaging my property quite badly. Following that I decided to list on short term rental sites to test the waters. I was really pleased with the results and the condition of my own property. So I then expanded the service out to friends and family’s properties. 3.5 years on I now manage on behalf of 10 different landlords as well as working with a few real estate agencies. As of September 202, I currently have 35 properties in Canberra and growing rapidly.

I aim to work with Canberra owners that have properties in desirable locations to help them maximise returns and minimise maintenance on their properties. We normally work with apartments but can consider houses/town houses under certain circumstances. We have our own cleaning, linen and maintenance team to ensure a premium service for our guests. I also have north of 1000 reviews on Airbnb and overall rate 4.62 out of 5 Stars
