Guaranteed Rent
As you are dealing with me directly your rent will be guaranteed and on time for a minimum of 12 months most likely will be much longer than this. I carry a 100% clean rental history as well as other stable employment that nets me $1500 per week aside from my short-term rental income.
Maintenance Issues
I become aware of any maintenance issues in your property immediately as on average your property is getting professionally cleaned about 8 times a month. This allows for any maintenance issues to be taken care of quickly to avoid any further damage to your property.
Lower Water Consumption
As most people that are staying in these properties are visiting Canberra, they present less wear and tear on the apartment compared with regular long-term tenants as they spend most of their time exploring the city. This leads to less use on appliances and lower water consumption.
Professional Furniture Installation
We employ professionals to bring furniture into the property only once, this avoids unnecessary damage to walls and doors, as once its set up it’s done you don’t have new tenants constantly bringing furniture in and out.
Time Flexibility
Most long-term tenants can’t provide flexibility in terms of lease times. With Citi Stayz, we try and work with the owners of the property as we do understand emergencies in life can occur. So, in the event something like this happens and the property needs to be sold or handed back to the owner the lease period is irrelevant we can make this happen in as little as 3 months.
